Allow 2-3 weeks for canvas printing and framing.
In case your parcel is damaged, it is advised that you take clear photos of it, keep the parcel and contact me within 24 hours of receiving it. The claim will be disregarded any time after this. Goods cannot be refunded or exchanged due to preference or change of mind. This policy is for refund or exchange if the product is damaged during transit.
Please note that I do not cover the costs for re-delivery if there happens to be a return to sender.
DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA
I offer free shipping on orders over AUD199 within Australia via Australia Post. Flat shipping rate of AUD10 for orders under AUD199.

Shipping for framed canvas prints is a flat rate of AUD25.

If you require signature upon delivery and are not at the premises when your parcel arrives you will not always receive a notification from the post office. Please be sure to check your tracking on the fulfilment notice supplied once your order has been sent.
NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY
I offer a special NZ shipping flat rate of AUD25 (up to 2kg). Please note that while there is some tracking available Australia Post has certain limitations on the amount of information it can provide while your parcel is in transit. I have found them to be very reliable with International Delivery. Please allow 4 weeks to receive your international order from time of order.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Studio Jessie Feitosa ships worldwide and offers International delivery at a flat rate of AUD45 for rolled canvases (up to 2kg). Please note that while there is some tracking available Australia Post has certain limitations on the amount of information it can provide while your parcel is in transit. Australia Post is known to be very reliable with International Delivery. Please allow 4-6 weeks to receive your international order from time of order.

Once dispatched you will receive a fulfilment email notice with tracking number for your reference. If there is no one to sign for your parcel and you have not marked that you are happy for your parcel to be left unattended it will be taken to a courier depot or Australia Post outlet and you will receive a card with details of your collection point.
