All print orders are made to order to ensure the highest quality.
Important: Studio Jessie Feitosa cannot be held responsible for shipping delays outside of our control.
PROCESSING TIME
Paper Prints: 4–5 business days
Canvas Prints (stretched/framed): 2–3 weeks
SHIPPING IN AUSTRALIA
Paper Prints: 1–2 weeks
Canvas Prints: 2–3 weeks
Original Artworks: 2–3 weeks
SHIPPING PRINTS INTERNATIONALLY
Paper Prints: 1–2 weeks

SHIPPING ORIGINAL ARTWORKS INTERNATIONALLY
If you’re outside Australia and have fallen in love with an original artwork:
1. Email studiojessiefeitosa@gmail.com for a personalized shipping quote.
2. Once confirmed, the artwork will be marked as sold.
3. You’ll receive an invoice for the artwork and the international shipping cost.
Original Artworks: 2–4 weeks
Important: if your country charges import duties, taxes, or customs fees, these are the customer’s responsibility.
Studio Jessie Feitosa is not responsible for any additional charges.
ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS:
If your parcel arrives damaged:
Take clear photos of the packaging and artwork
Contact us within 24 hours
Refunds or exchanges are only available for items damaged during transit.
lost or stolen:
Please contact us immediately.
We will assist you in resolving the issue, however, Studio Jessie Feitosa cannot be held liable for lost or stolen parcels once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier.
